Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@radiatepurepositivity.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened candles, personal care products, and downloadable items cannot be returned. Please check the product listing before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@radiatepurepositivity.com with a photo and your order number. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
